Clay is the quintessential character for Playhouse Disney. This little yellow ball of fun can morph into anything he wants to be and he can do it several times in the space of just 30 seconds. Clay is the character the younger children learn to love first. He is exciting and colorful. Clay always sites on or near alphabet blocks. Clay introduces each new show. Yes, clay is your friend, and he acts like it too.
Page
Page is a friend of Clay's and she will come each day to teach your child the word of the day. The word of the day will be written on page, as well as a picture of what the word represents.
The naming of these characters was simplistic. Clay is a piece of clay, and Page is a piece of paper. This makes the names easy to remember for the small children and adults alike. The two characters encompass the very idea of imagine and learn. Disney may have some great shows in the morning for children, but these two characters win the favorite race hands down!

When I was little I loved Clay and Page along with the Book of Pooh, Bear in the Big Blue House, Rolie Polie Olie, the Koala Brothers, Johnny and the Sprites, Higglytown Heroes, the Doodlebops and Bunnytown. I would really like them back. I really loved them and would sure like to see them again. I would like to see them a couple of more years.

when i was little i wachted playhouse disney and it was amazed with what they had but now it's not very fun 'cause of the the shows.they deleted my friends tigger and pooh witch was such a cool show and stuff but those other shows were so cool. it makes me sad and i want all the shows that were on playhouse disney to come back! i'll list the one's i want back! i want THE SHANNA SHOW, JONNY AND THE SPRITES,FELEX AND THE FLYING MACHINE,GO BABY,MY FRIENDS TIGGER AND POOH,PB&J OTTER, BUNNYTOWN,BOOK OF POOH AND SO ON, LETS JUST SAY THAT I WANT THEM ALL._ SOMEONE WHO LOVES OLD PLAY HOUSE DISNEY

Oh my gosh, playhouse disney sucks, i don't even watch it any more. Clay and Page are one of my childhood memories, and I've been trying to find them, like in a video or something, or in a game, but no luck. Even though I'm in my teens, I demand for the old Playhouse disney. Sometimes I even feel like crying!

I remember I use to go to playhouse disney's old site and click where clay and page were. There was this activity where you could decorate clay's room, pretty neat. But the song that it had made me so happy and I would just lay on my bed and listen, listen and going to sleep, it was the best. THANKS FOR RUEINING EVERYTHING NEW PLAYHOUSE DISNEY! NOW I CAN NOOOOOT DO THAT ANYMORE, YOU HAD EVERYTHING AND YOU SPOILED IT!!!!! NOW I'M TRYING TO SEE IF THERE'S A VIDEO I COULD WATCH OF CLAY, PLEASE IF ANYONE KNOWS WHERE, PLEASE!

I love Clay. I love Page too. They were so awesome. Like, the whole Playhouse Disney thing was great until they aired boring shows like Dance-A-Lot Robot, Special Agent Oso, Chuggington, Jungle Junction, and so on. And so on goes me being sad that they took Clay & Page, Bear in the Big Blue House, and so on off of The Disney Channel.

All these stupid new shows on playhouse is whack i bet kids don't watch them. I use to watch mickey's clubhouse THE OLD ONE then after ZARO then all the mickey plutoect shows then Clay on playhouse. I miss out of the box, rolli pollie, and all that. How come you can put at least 2 or 3 old clay classics back on the air. And yes im 18. So what!!!!!
And I know this ain't aBOUT DISNEY but they need to bring back rocketpower, cat&dog, and ect back to nick. I like Spognebob but they play WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAy to much of that. And Cartoonetwork they need to bring back the old shows like Cartoon Cartoon fridays Johhny Brovo, poewrpuff...OMG POEWRPUFF GIRLS, dexter's lab ect...I mean come one. Ya'll stop being heartless i mean none likes theese news shows (we'll some) But everyone on these comments are complaing.
Ya'll don't have to bring'em back this year at least next year. AND OH WOW the only classics there playing are Looney toons on cartoonetwork. And Johhny brovo...the only reason thats on is cause it's christmas.
