Winnie the Pooh

Pooh is one of the most loved Playhouse Disney shows, and while one week you may see The Book of Pooh, and the next week it may be The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, it doesn't matter, because Pooh is included.

Winnie the Pooh is one of those characters that children have loved for years, and even with all of the new, flashier shows today, Pooh still remains part of Playhouse Disney.

Each show will follow the lives of the 100-Acre Wood gang telling a story or two in a 30-minute show. The biggest difference between the two shows is that in the Book of Pooh, the story unfolds as if you are reading it directly from the book.

Loved by adults as well as children, and known by all, there is not much that can be said about everyone's favorite hunny (yes, it has to be spelled like Pooh himself spells it) loving bear and his sidekicks Tigger, Piglet, Eeyore, Rabbit and Owl. This group can always be counted on to entertain your child.

I saw the winnie-the-pooh chrarcteas at Dollar General yesterday in my town. They were only $5.00. You could also try Kmart, Roses or Family dollar-a grocery store may even have one! Merry Christmas!

I have to agree you. Winnie the Pooh is wonderful. They have a
2011 Pooh movie on DVD if you're interested in buying it for
your kids online, if you have any.

News Flash:

My Friends Tigger & Pooh (produced by Disney Channel Original
Productions) is another one of the shows that isn't on Playhouse
Disney anymore. It has been replaced by Disney Channel's new
show "Fish Hooks".

I don't care for the My friends tigger and pooh because it does
not have the feel of a real disney show, Like Roly Pole Olie did
or Bear in the Big Blue house. My 3 year old cousin watches the
Wiggles and I think that that is okay. They are the original
playhouse disney. The Winnie the Pooh and the big Book of Pooh
are my fave Idiots you guys are!!
