What’s Happening At Disneyland, March 17, 2008

 

 

General Information:

 

 

 

Nemo Wait Times:  Average 60 – 75 minutes

 

 

 

Because of Spring Break and Easter, Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure will be open their normal peak hours.  Also, there will be full entertainment this week, including Fantasmic! twice nightly, Remember…Dreams Come True Fireworks, and Disney’s Electrical Parade will all be shown each evening in addition to the normal daily entertainment for each park.

 

Bank of Main Street has refurb walls up covering 2 of the outer windows.  It is still open for AP processing.

 

 

 

Disney Showcase refurb walls are down.

 

 

 

The Dream Team is now giving Dream Rewards for Billy Hill and the Hillbillies for select shows.

 

 

 

In the Anaheim Garden Walk, Bubba Gump, PF Changs, and McCormick & Schmick’s are all now open for your dining pleasure.

 

 

 

At the Park Vue Inn the Cold Stone Creamery building has been erected.

 

 

 

Paradise Pier is now open for walk-through’s.

 

 

 

The days of the week for early entry have changed, effective January 5th.  Now early entry will be called Magical Mornings and is offered on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday.

 

 

 

Ride Closures:

 

 

 

At California Adventure:

 

 

 

Playhouse Disney will still be closed until Friday March 14th.

 

 

 

 

 

At Disneyland:

 

 

 

 ‘it’s a small world’ will be closed beginning January 22nd for a very extensive refurb that will continue until November 28th of this year.   The Christmas decorations have been removed from the façade.

 

 

 

King Arthur Carousel is closed for refurb.  Walls have now been erected around the Carousel.

 

 

 

Plaza Pavilion is closed for refurb.  There is a walkway through the Plaza that will lead to a secondary AP processing area when needed.
