Our 2005 Disneyland Trip Dining Costs

What we spent on meals

Drinks and Tips are not included in prices unless noted. Snacks such as ice cream at Burr Bank Ice Cream or Catch a Flave are not included in meal costs. We also purchased at a store water, Gatorade, and pop. This really saved some money since pop and water are over $2 a shot in the Park.

Total cost before AAA discount: $443.12 for 5 days (4 full and 2 half) at the Disneyland Resort. That comes to about $88 per day for 2 adults plus one toddler. Please remember that the total does not include most drinks and tips. Part of the reason for the high cost is the amount of character meals. On the other hand we rarely ate breakfast. At Ariel's Grotto we purchased a child's meal, which was very pricey, and Goofy's Kitchen is very expensive even with the free children's meal. Coke or other Soda at the restaurants is usually around $2.75 each.
