For those of you who have an intolerance to gluten, or those with Celiac disease, never fear. The Disneyland Resort in California has many gluten free options.
Some restaurants have gluten free offerings with no changes to the menu, while others you will need to speak with the Chef or Manager on duty to get the gluten free food.
Things at Disneyland are constantly changing so keep in mind that this information can change as recipes change. But please remember that you can always speak to the Chef or Manager to confirm that what you are ordering is still gluten free.
It is also important to note that some gluten free items are not actually on the menu, so will take extra time to prepare. Crowds may also impact your wait time. In a situation where you must special order it is a good idea to wait to order other meals for your family, so you can all eat together.
