This restaurant is housed right next to Soarin' Over California and like Soarin' is inside a hangar. With a large and open interior, there is plenty of room to move within tables inside this establishment.
They have touch screens that are used to place your order. You can choose a combination meal or a simple burger or chicken. If you have any problems with the touch screen a cast member will be happy to help you.
Taste Pilots grill serves hamburgers and chicken made to order. With their many hamburger choices, there is something here for everyone who likes a good burger. They also have a burger bar giving you even more options to dress your hamburger. The french fries that come with the burgers are very good and usually perfectly cooked. The servings here are large and the customer service is great.
If you are a fan of chicken they also have a selection of chicken sandwiches available in addition to the children's meal options.
The chicken tender children's meal comes with three strips of chicken and either fries or carrot sticks. They will also include Ranch dressing for dipping upon request.
Taste Pilots is the only place in the Disneyland Resort where I will order a hamburger. These are done to perfection, and over and above the typical amusement park, or even fast food burger. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the mood for a burger. We have always enjoyed hot, fresh food here, and will continue to eat here when we want a hamburger. On our last trip they had switched to the touch screen ordering, and we did encounter a problem while placing our order. A cast member was readily available to help us with a quick smile.
