Captain Kidd’s Buffet. This buffet restaurant is across the street from the entrance to Disneyland. It is pirate themed and very large. They have two seating/buffet areas. They have no parking so plan on walking. The breakfast buffet food was what you would expect from a buffet. The bacon was soggy, the eggs cold, the fruit was pretty fresh. They also had pancakes, waffles, yogurt, and pastries. If you are in the mood for a quick buffet, then this is the place. But if you want a nice breakfast for the same price, go to Denny’s or IHOP! The buffet itself is cheap, but after you add juice and coffee it skyrockets. The four of us, at the buffet, with a $2.00 discount per adult, somehow ended up spending more than we had all week at breakfast! They have a great selection of ice cream and desserts though for that late night snack after the fireworks.
