Designed in classic Tour style, this championship course is the longest of the Walt Disney World Resort golf courses.

Magnificent Course

Named for its majestic magnolia trees, this course features elevated tees, spacious greens and challenging water hazards. Wide fairways invite you to hit the ball and hit it long, but beware—11 of the 18 holes boast water hazards and 97 bunkers dot the landscape.

Certified by Audubon International as a Cooperative Wildlife Sanctuary and rated 4 stars by Golf Digest, Disney's Magnolia Golf Course represents a paradise for serious golfers, as well as a thrilling challenge for players at all levels.

Walt Disney World Resort golf courses are operated by Arnold Palmer Golf Management. All bunkers were renovated in Summer 2015, when extensive tree work and cart path repairs were also undertaken—resulting in the best golf course conditioning Guests have enjoyed in recent years.

Golf Carts

Golf course carts are enhanced with GPS technology that offers realistic images of hazards, yardages, hole diagrams, pin locations and more to help you strategize your play.

The use of a golf cart is included in your greens fee; there is no additional cart fee. Carts are designed to be shared by 2 Guests and are equipped with a small cooler, a sand bucket to fill divots, front windshields and rear pull-down club covers, in case of a passing shower.

To provide an enjoyable pace of play, players are required to use our golf carts on our 3 championship courses. For Guests who prefer to walk the entire course, we recommend Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course, a 9-hole walking course.

Required Golf Attire

To provide the best possible putting surfaces, Disney's Magnolia Golf Course is a non-metal spike facility. Golfers may wear shoes with metal spike alternatives, or tennis shoes. Proper golf attire is also required; denim jeans or shorts are not permitted.

Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations are highly recommended but not necessary, and walk-up golfers will try to be accommodated. Single or twosome walk-up golfers will have the best chance to play. However, it is best to reserve a tee time online or call the Golf Master Starter at (407) WDW-GOLF or (407) 939-4653, even if it is just a few hours before you plan to walk up.

Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your tee time to allow for check-in, cart assignment and a healthy warm-up. If you are unavoidably detained and arrive late, we will do the best to accommodate you whenever possible.

Group Reservations

Planning a group outing? You can call the Golf Group Sales & Events Office at (407) 454-5000, fax your request to (321) 800-5780 or send an email to Disneyevents@palmergolf.com.

Cancellations

Tee times must be canceled and party sizes must be reduced at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a possible payment penalty. Tee times that are canceled or left unreduced inside of 24 hours are subject to be charged to the credit card provided when reservations were made. Golfers are encouraged to call the Golf Master Starter at (407) WDW-GOLF or (407) 939-4653 to cancel or modify party size, even if you are inside the 24-hour window. Those who made tee time reservations online may also cancel online.

Pairing Players

In order to give all Guests the opportunity to play, we do try to pair players into foursomes whenever practical. This promotes a consistent pace of play. For less-skilled golfers who are worried about being paired up, we recommend the 9-hole walking Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course. Additionally, while we can accommodate any size party or group of golfers, we limit players to a maximum of 4 Guests per tee time. A party of 5 would be booked as a threesome and a twosome, with the understanding that each of these may be paired to fill out foursomes for each tee time.

Non-Players

Non-player riders are permitted for a nominal fee. This fee covers the costs of providing a golf cart and insures against the rare golfer who brings his or her own gallery. Please note that spectators or non-players are always welcome to walk along with the group at any time, although due to high demand for our courses, we cannot guarantee the availability for a spectator to ride during the months of January and May.

Pro Shop and Clubhouse

Pro Shop and Rentals

Disney's Magnolia, Palm and Oak Trail Pro Shop features a wide selection of golf merchandise and rentals. Take home such souvenirs as caps, logo shirts, clubs and towels. This location is one of 2 pro shops that serve golfers throughout Walt Disney World Resort.

Rental clubs are available for men and women in both right- and left-handed models, and junior clubs are on hand, too. Rental golf shoes are also available, and neither rental shoes nor clubs need to be reserved in advance.

We ask that each Guest has his or her own bag and clubs to help keep up the pace of play on our courses. We do offer loaner golf bags at no charge for Guests who condense their clubs and leave their bulky bags at home for travel.

Storing Golf Clubs

Walt Disney World Resort Golf Courses can store your clubs and transfer them from one Disney golf course to another Disney course at the beginning of each day.

Please Note: As of January 1, 2020, a $5 per night per bag storage fee will apply for golf bags that are retained overnight at our facilities before, during and/or after your visit to any Walt Disney World Resort Golf Course. The appropriate charge will be assessed at the time of check-in for your initial round of golf based on how many days you anticipate storing your golf equipment at our facilities.

Clubhouse

The Clubhouse at Disney's Magnolia Golf Course features locker rooms and showers for golfers looking to freshen up. There is no fee for these lockers, and keys are available from the Pro Shop. While at the Clubhouse, visit the Champions Room, which is decorated with elegant plaques honoring every winner of the PGA Tour's Children's Miracle Network Hospitals Classic.

Driving Range and Lessons

Polish your skills at the practice putting green and driving range at Disney's Magnolia Golf Course.

You can also enjoy personalized, professional lessons from PGA instructors for an additional fee.

Private lessons are 45 minutes long and can be scheduled for juniors (Guests 5 to 17 years of age) and adults (Guests 18 years of age and up).

For more information, please call (407) WDW-GOLF or (407) 939-4653. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.

Dining and Personal Coolers

As you play through each round on the course, you have the option of grabbing a quick bite at any of our new Disney Character-themed roving refreshment carts. Be sure to spot all three of them as you play, and don't miss out on this great new photo opportunity! Whether you are in need of a refreshingly cold, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage, or you desire some much needed sustenance for a scorecard-saving back nine surge, our refreshment carts have you covered. From soft drinks to sports drinks, coffee, beer, both domestic and import, as well as cocktails—all are available for your enjoyment. Both breakfast and lunch sandwiches are served throughout the day.

You can also grab a quick bite at our Chip 'n' Dale's Deli, a snack bar and outdoor patio located adjacent to the Magnolia Golf Course putting green, and a short walk from the clubhouse.

Personal Coolers

Personal coolers and any type of food or beverage storage devices are not permitted on our courses. Each golf cart is equipped with a cooler, and your cart host or hostess will be happy to fill it with ice and add your beverage selections from his or her cart. Comfort stations on the golf courses are also equipped with ice machines, cups and water fountains.
