What’s Happening at Disneyland, March 24, 2008
Nemo Wait Times: Average 120 minutes during this busy period.
Due to the heavy spring break crowds, the Monorail can only be used one way at this point. If the line gets too long then it will close to all but Disneyland Resort Hotel guests.
Because of Spring Break, Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure will be open their normal peak hours. Also, there will be full entertainment this week, including Fantasmic! twice nightly, Remember…Dreams Come True Fireworks, and Disney’s Electrical Parade will all be shown each evening in addition to the normal daily entertainment for each park.
The Dream Team is now giving Dream Rewards for Billy Hill and the Hillbillies for select shows.
A tarp has now been placed in front of the Disneyland Railroad track that goes through ‘it’s a small world’ so that riders will be unable to see or take pictures of the work going on there.
Paradise Pier is now open for walk-through’s. New signs have been erected on Paradise Pier where the games formerly stood. These are related to the new Toy Story Mania attraction coming this summer.
The days of the week for early entry have changed, effective January 5th. Now early entry will be called Magical Mornings and is offered on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday.
At California Adventure:
There are no scheduled closures.
‘it’s a small world’ will be closed beginning January 22nd for a very extensive refurb that will continue until November 28th of this year. The Christmas decorations have been removed from the façade.
King Arthur Carousel is closed for refurb. Walls have now been erected around the Carousel.
