Walt Disney World Hotels Overview

When planning a trip to the Walt Disney World resort, you have an abundance of choices to make.  Once of those choices is which hotel to stay at for your vacation.  We have taken out some of the guesswork for you by breaking the hotels into categories according to type, and giving information on what is available at the hotel.  Included are how many people can be in a room, swimming pool information, and restaurants at each hotel.  If you are not sure whether you want a deluxe or value hotel, this is a good place to start.

Some hotel information you may come across can be a bit misleading.  You may see that one benefit of the Disney Resort Hotels is that you can do the Magic Your Way ticket, plus Dining.  This ‘perk’ is available to ALL multi-day tickets purchased.  Each person in the room MUST be on the same plan.

It can be daunting when you are trying to decide which hotel at Walt Disney World will be perfect for you, but the information above should help with that decision.  Each hotel has something special for you to discover whether it be the special pop culture items found on the grounds of the value hotel, or the hidden nooks and crannies of a deluxe hotel.  Love camping?  The Wilderness Campground may be your perfect place.

One word of advice:  Decide exactly what you want to do before you decide on the hotel.  If you will be spending a lot of time there, then maybe you want a better hotel with more amenities, but if you will rarely be there, do you want to pay for things you won’t be using?
